    @crnkica97 girl let me tell you something i used to be fat real fat i was 15 n i weigh 180 that was though but its all abt dissipline (sorry if i messpell d world lol) and just eat like when you wanna taste something sweat or u wanna eat just remmember a great body a healthy one that u wanna have and if u really want it u wont eat it i swear u wont…n eat fuits and vegies and exersise if u dnt like to work out just dance like i love dancing i i just dance by ma self at home i dont do that

    Is there any routines that dont involve with muscle training? I at one time use to be a gymnast and already have the muscle.
