      Just so you know, This guy is lucky! You have to have a desire to lose the weight. You cant just indirectly lose it and expect to keep it off. He made some changes in his diet and his physical activity, but its the fact that he made it his everyday lifestyle and not just a temporary “thing”.

      People go on diets every day but the hardest part is making them a lifestyle. That is why you have to change your relationship with food entirely.

      I’ve just been getting off the couch and dancing to music to get some exercise but I’m thinking about including some ddr into that too.

      You know what else is a fun activity that breaks a sweat? Lazer tag. Just a sugestion there for people!

      By the way, did you glue your pad to some wood there?

      i followed a rough version of this guy’s plan (substituted ddr for running, ate fruit ) and, as God as my witness, i lost a hundred pounds in seven months (362 in january, 262 in july). its all about self control.

      Hi people!!! I NEED HELP PLEASE, school starts in like 3-4 weeks and i wanna loose some pounds before that.. I wanna loose around 40 pounds but i know that is really hard for a kid on only 3 weeks but i wanna loose maybe 10 pounds on the weeks. But i dont know how??!!! ok, i know how u can loose weight but not how to loose weight…if u understand what i mean.       @antonwrestling I just turned 14 and I am losing weight for when school starts too, but I have a bit longer than you do. Basically, if you drink soda, or sugary juice, you can substitute it for water, or diet soda. If you eat alot of fast foods, then cut it out of your diet. If you can’t cut all of it out then cut some of it out and get the healthier choice. 40 pounds in 3-4 weeks is not going to happen, but you can lose 20 pounds if you try hard. 5 pounds a week is definately do able.

      @antonwrestling If you want to lose more than 5 pounds a week and you have good enough self control, then fast 1 or 2 days a week. A fast is where you don’t eat, you just drink water and juice. When I fast for a day, I lose 1-3 pounds. Do not fast for more then a day or two, because it isn’t very healthy. I hope I helped! :)
