Celery with peanut butter? WHAT?
it doesn’t seem like you ate that much protein when you were on your diet plan?
ive completely fallen off the bandwagon for the past week
i gained 3 pounds and i cannot control my sweet tooth!
i pigged out just now on about 700 calories worth of peanuts and chocolate trail mix
i feel horrible. psychologically.

To answer your annotated question: Bananas, oatmeal, watermelon, and all natural peanutbutter are probably my top favorite foods ever- and they’re healthy!

I know this is very late, but my favorite snack food is cut up cucumbers and jicama with lemon juice. Love!
to controlling the best diet is eat a whole wheat bread with low fat cream cheese for breakfast.a turkey breast sandwich with lettuce and lowfat mayo.for dinner a salad with lettuce,carrots,etc and a chicken breast with ranch dressing.and 2 snack pear day like lots of almonds or a granola bar.and do simple exercises like the five exercises for abs with tammy in youtube.trust me this diet and exercise work<3:-)

@sharonloveschloe Without exercise you burn around 1200 calories every 24 hours just by digesting your food and breathing. So if you were to only eat 1000 calories and do tones of exercise, you’d be really weak. Whoever does that will just gain it back. I hope you’re trolling.

Sarah I am trying to get healthy for 8th grade this year, I am 13. I don’t care if I lose weight it’s not like that for me. But I should put the down chips and grab an apple instead if you know what I mean. Your extremely pretty and give great tips. Thanks:)
