Just make sure you eat 6 meals a day, low-carbs, high protein(tuna and chicken breast). Lots of vegetables(green) and fruits. And stock up on litres of water a day. Also, HIIT CARDIO!!
If you do work out intensely (1hr-1hr.30m/day 4-6 days a week) you want to get the carbohydrates in your body to keep your energy levels high.
Also, all this starts in your mind, and, its not a one time thing, weight-loss or “weight maintaining” should be a life long thing to have a healthy body.

Why it took her 10 minutes to talk about losing weight is beyond me. But basically, you need to operate at a caloric deficit. Meaning, eat less, and do more exercise. Instead of eating 3 big meals throughout the day, eat 3-4 small meals and do cardio 4 days a week. If you are trying to lose weight, try not to consume more than 1000-1200 calories a day. It also depends on your metabolism and how fast your body burns off fat.
