www.MeTheDoctor.com — How to Lose Weight after Pregnancy — How to Lose Weight after Pregnancy if You Have Had a C-Section Many women are in search of information on how to lose weight after pregnancy when they have had to undergo a c-section. There are many reasons why a woman may have to deliver through the means of a cesarean section. Since a surgical cut is made in the lower stomach area of the torso, the muscles, connective tissues, and the nerves located within this region are cut. Several women feel numbness in this area for a long time following the procedure. This makes it extremely difficult to get the weight from the pregnancy off after giving birth to a child. If you have had a c-section, it will be difficult to not only lose the weight in the stomach but also to tone this area. The secrets to successful weight loss are to ensure that you consume foods that are part of a nutritional and balanced diet, you exercises regularly, and you optimize the body for weight loss. The most successful strategy to optimizing the body for weight loss is to build muscle. The muscles will assist in burning fat from all of your trouble areas. Ahh but Padawan, we are essentially social animals, and we cannot exist successfully without a society in which to work; therefore, actions that are not immediately beneficial to the individual, but which are beneficial to the group as a whole, and to the continued cohesion of the group, are beneficial to each and everyone of us individually. Anyway, maybe they will birth the child that marries your child some day, and if you hadn't given up your seat…….

Any muscle mass that trying to put on is a direct result of caloric intake and weight training and REST

First, your caloric intake should be above 2500/day and should consist primarily of protein & carbs; fish, chicken, egg whites, supplements etc

Next, you have mutilple options in terms of the exercise routine you do, but for biceps there are only a few really effective ones: dumbell curls & preacher curls with the preacher bar. You can also isolate them with reverse preacher curls & hammer curls with dumb bells

Either way, you should be doing at least 3 sets of each exercise to failure….meaning, you physically do anymore!

Then lay off a day in between to give your muscles time to recover….working out actually tears them down, then your rest and your diet rebuild them

Good luck and check out this website what goes in exact detail on what you need to eat and how to train properly
