I am not a fan of yoga lol. People who tend to do yoga are usually very patient. Me..the other way around. But this yoga routine is not that bad

@bookwurmgurl7 Just get a bottle keep it close to you and always keep water in it. You will get addicted to drinking it and thats a good habit. Of course everyone’s body is different but I guarantee it will help!!
