    Thank your for your illuminating advice. My suggestion for human weight loss has always been to lop off a limb. Not only are you guaranteed to lose weight quickly, it gives you something to do next time you're hanging with your orc friends as they'll be more than happy to help with your weight loss program.

    You could always try eating right, but that sounds like it requires self control. Better be safe and just go with what you know works for sure. Plus you can eat as many cakes as you want until you need to shed another limb.
