You can’t target one part of the body to lose weight. When cardio is done, it burns fat all over the body. My dad’s been an amateur body builder since his 20s, and he knows his cardio. Running/Jogging about 30/45 mins a day at least 3 times a week is good, but if you really want to lose the weight, just take 1 day off per week. Eat healthy, smaller & more frequent portions, and plenty of proper rest is how to lose it. Lean meats, good fiber, no cane sugar.

@inudee Sure crunches are cardio but for serious weight loss it won’t do anything except tone muscle. Heavy cardio is important, such as running, doing a circuit built for cardio, kettle bell lifting, or even skating. Maybe YOU should get your facts straight before insulting someone.
