Vic how much you rest from each set and also do you always do slow movements in training

For me _ this isn’t slow- it is a good pace. I rest about a minute to 1 and 1/2 minutes between sets.

Hey Vic, you mentioned in your DVD that you do cardio before your workout. If I’m trying to lose a bit of belly fat, should i do cardio earlier on in the day? Or will walking for 20 minutes at an incline do the job?
Vic, you talked about what to eat and such outside of your workout but i was wondering, during your workout do you drink anything special? Gatorade, powerade, vitamin water? Or do you just drink regular water? Thanks, your videos are a big help
I drink water only- funny you ask – I had a Gatordade today for the first time in years- a friend suggested I should get better hydrated- electrolytes- I actually may do this as a routine- once per day. Vic

First of all Tom Venuto's is very well known in the fitness industry for his articles in mens fitness oprah's magazine I mean those two alone show how legit and well respected he is in the industry. The main reason for me why I really enjoyed this book on burning the fat is because he is honest and he understands what it takes to reach your goals, he has been a personal trainer,nutrition consultant, fitness model, motivation coach and a health club manager so he know's the ins and out's to everyone's challenge. I'm really glad I have purchased this I have already lost 6 pounds in 3.5 weeks amazing, thats all I can say.
SECOND PLACE: THE TRUTH ABOUT SIX PACK ABS Now If you strictly want ABS, then this book if for you I rated this book second place because it is more focused on how to get a six pack of ABS, which is awesome mind you but it is only targeting that area alone. I was skeptical about purchasing this book but I must say they have a free video here on the webpage that sold me check it out here. I can honestly say I had know idea how even healthy foods can harm that six pack of ABS, there is so much to learn but I have been implementing it all and am really starting to see the last lower two ABS starting to show now.
THIRD PLACE:QUALITY FITNESS E-BOOKSThis is not a book exactly but a great website full of quality e-books. I was not going to list this site but I know how hard it is to come across good quality books and e-books for reaching your goals. I definitly think there is a book on that site for everyone's fitness goals and I urge everyone to check it out.
Well there it is everyone I have been in the fitness industry for a decade now and these would be my top two selections for single books and the third selection is a great quality website for all the fitness books you need.
