How To Gain Weight And Build Muscle For Hardgainers

www.WeightGainNetwork.com -► Discover How To Gain Weight & Build Muscle Fast! Jeff Masterson takes us inside his home to talk about the 3 main components of how to gain weight and build muscle. This video is especially important if you are a skinny guy or hardgainer trying to figure out how to gain weight. These are the 3 components to gain weight – Weight Training – Weight Gain Diet – Resting These three components are all you need to focus on when trying to gain weight. Of course there are more details involved within each topic. But understand that you need all three of these in order to gain weight fast. You can’t just eat big and expect to gain weight without working out. And on the flip side, you can’t just expect to throw around weights in the gym 5 days a week and eat whatever you want when you get home. You can’t gain weight that way either. And last but not least, you need to rest to gain weight fast. Your muscles grow while you sleep not while you are working out in the gym. While you are resting your body is repairing your muscle tissue and growing larger so it can sustain the heavy weight training you are doing. These are the fundamentals. @samsungselvan Thanks man, let me know your results.

  5. ectomorphing says:

I just started to try and gain weight, I am an ectomorph too. Great result btw

  6. WeightGainNetwork says:

@ectomorphing Good choice to do something about it – most skinny guys just accept the fact that they’re skinny and don’t seek out the information they need to gain weight. Once you know how to gain weight it’s just a matter of doing the daily routine… And week after week you’ll gain weight.

  7. ectomorphing says:

@WeightGainNetwork yeah its tough… I mean when I dedicate so much time to it and see minimal results. It’s such a let down. The thing that sucks most is I enjoy cardio but as a hard gainer I have to cut down on that one a lot.

  8. WeightGainNetwork says:

@ectomorphing Yeah I actually do zero cardio when I’m doing a bulking phase. Except for my 5 minute warm-up before my workouts. The more cardio you do, the more calories you burn and the more food you have to eat.

  9. Blackjon88 says:

lol dude you just called out ethiopians! hah

  10. Earthtobella12345 says:

Being honest, I am alright with being skinny, I don’t really care about it, because i am hella strong, and still know how to fight from doing mixed martial arts for years. My manlyness is in full tact in my mind…But…. Of course, everyone in there mom has to remind me of how skinny I am, when you gonna put on some weight, man your skinny…I find it halarious that half the friggin world is trying to be skinny yet we skinny guys get so much flack… So of course I am gonna gain weight..fail..

  11. compaq2100 says:

Not funny about what you said about ethiopian Faget!!!

  12. WeightGainNetwork says:

@Blackjon88 Yeah cause I’m politically incorrect like that.

  13. WeightGainNetwork says:

@compaq2100 Do me a favor and don’t watch my videos if you get offended that easily. Or wear earmuffs.

  14. Blackjon88 says:

@brzy09 The best thing you can do is start to actually count your calories. You should start eating 20 times your bodyweight in calories every day. Check out the “DIETING” section of WeightGainNetwork . com for specific food you can eat to eat gain weight.

hey GREAT VIDEOS probably the most reliable resource on youtube…couple questions…
    1. i have been lifting for a while and i going to start using supplements to help me gain some weight, i am a genetically skinny guy so i want to put on a couple pounds. What supplement would you most highly recommend? I have done some research but i am no expert.
Thanks for the amazing videos keep it up!!

  22. WeightGainNetwork says:

@ChillProductions1 Hey thanks for checking out the videos! 2 of the best supplements are creatine and protein powder. Creatine will allow you to lift heavier weight and/or push out more reps. Protein powder is great for getting your necessary protein intake for the day. Do you have a specific diet plan you are following?

  23. ChillProductions1 says:

@WeightGainNetwork thanks for the responce! So I am aware that creatine and protein are the supplements to consume, but i am looking to see which brand i should buy. Like i have seen ULTIMATE NUTRITION and i think GNC has there own brand also. I have heard that some brands arent that good, so which one would you recomend. I have been using GNC.com is this the best place to purchase stuff? Like i just need to know which product to buy, cause i am just getting into the workout/weight gain routine.

  24. WeightGainNetwork says:

@ChillProductions1 GNC is overpriced and I hate walking in there and having their employees try and hard sell me and try to convince me that I need a bunch of crap supplements that I KNOW I don’t need or want. Anyway… I personally use Isopure protein by Nature’s Best. But any whey protein will work so just find one that you like the taste of. For creatine, it’s all the same. As long as it says creatine monohydrate on the package it’s all the same stuff just packaged differently :-)

  25. Tony says:

    Great point!

New lifters get too excited and want to lift every day. Always keep in mind that you need to rest, because this is when you actually gain muscle.

    Train (and rest) Hard,
