Thank you so much for posting this! I’ve heard some before but I’ve never heard of the “half diet” before. I’ve found that eating breakfast really is important. Since I go to school it keeps me awake and I’m not as hungry as I used to be when I would come home. I try to drink a lot of water too, like you said. Also one thing I do is if I’m having a strong craving, I eat it. Not in a large portion, but so that I don’t feel like I’m punishing myself. ANYWAY lol thanks again for posting.

Another tip for restaraunt eating is getting a plate or dessert to share with a few friends, so you don’t feel guilty about eating all of it
