    Does this actually work as i think out of all the cardio type training i think i could manage this?
    I have tried interval training:- Walk, Jog, Sprint, and it killed me and i hated it… This video could be quite good but i need to know if it really does work.

    I think it will be more reasonable to run for a minute and take break for 10-30 seconds. 10 seconds is not enough.

    Why don’t you just call this HIIT (which it is) and run 30/30s. What the hell does looking good “necked” have to do with looking good with your clothes on? Last time I checked, you have to be able to pull the b**** before she can see you “necked.”

    @TechWizard4U Well, yeah because how many fat guys have you seen running on the tred? Then a year later they are still the same fat guy running on the tred. A good mixture of cardio and weightlifting is key. Muscle burns fat.
