Maintaining weight & fat percentage is no prob. Drink water every day, bike or jog for a little and cheat once a week. But losing fat is another question. Off course i’m speaking of When you have a thin & safe layer of fat, but maybee your not completely happy with.
@truthrestoredorg Only if you eat too much of them at once. If you eat a small amount it will be stored as glycogen in the liver, so no big deal. If you eat too much of it, once you’re liver is full of glycogen, the excess of glucose will be transformed in triglycerids (fat), and stored in the adipocytes (fat cell under the skin).

Good diet plan
In the morning dont skip brekfast eat fruit maybe two apples or one depending on how much you can eat and drink plenty of water
from 7:00 am to 10:00 am is your breakfast time if you skip that time it will mess up the diet and DOOOONT EAT ANY BREAD
lunch is 12 to 2 Pm eat what you like a normal lunch like a salad or a normal sandwhich
for dinner eat a yogurt(not frozen yogurt) a healthy yogurt and a fruit
keep away from ALL JUNK FOOD i promise that diet plan will work

The other question you should ask too is if belly fat is store energy, if you plug one end of your laptop power adapter to the belly and the other to the laptop itself, can you power up the laptop?

I actually learned something from this video. I have notice that some fat people have big bellys but with tight skin around it and others with loose skin around it and now I know the difference.

No,just water that will be replaced, as soon as you drink again .Sweat isn’t fat just water. The body burns fat all over with time.There’s no such thing as spot fat removal & unfortunately the stomach is one of the last places the body starts burning fat for energy since the body stores most fat around the lower region of the body . But with patience, once you’ve leaned down all over, The body will eventually start using the stored belly fat for its energy.So just keep at it, hope this helped
