    Brandon I love your workout. I have Hemi Cerebral Paulsy and never thought I would ever have any muscle tone and in only a day I saw results. I have no fat to burn so all I do is build muscle. You are one hell of a man. I did have to adapt some exercises in order to do them so I could get the results. Can you give any pointers on developing a very weak tricep muscle?
