Protein wil help you gain muscle alot faster because it helps your body rebuild your muscles alot faster if you want to use protein make sure your using 100% whey protein and never mess with creatine…. The eating comes because ur burning so much energy your body craves more food

Noob lots of protien if ur skinny I recomend weight gainer protien if u. Go with protien like whey it will work to if u decide to use creatine do it smart u don’t nĂ©ed alot of it in one summer using whey with I small amount of creatine I got some good muscle…and eggs milk steak chicken greens that’s the good stuff

@94manchesterunited weight gainer shakes are unhealthy and don’t do a whole lot. if you really need the calories, you’d do a lot better to consume more oils and seeds. have a tbsp of olive oil with every meal.

Great article. When I was just starting out, I searched all over the web for about a year for methods on how to build muscles. I spent a lot of money buying courses, taking supplements, buying books off Amazon and watching videos on Youtube. I got a some value for all of them but I figured it would be nice if I could turn back time and get all that value under one place. I thought about writing a blog but just don't have time to do it. I might still do it someday but for now, the best source of muscle building info is like this one here
