    Hi, some 3 months ago I did shoulder curles in the gym and I think I twisted my shoulder muscles. Now I can’t even lie down on my injured shoulder’s side. I can’t do any press ups/push ups, lift weights and anything with that shoulder. I tried to stop working out to revive my muscle but it didn’t work. A friend said I may have tendonitis or something like that. What should I do? Should I visit a doctor?
