    @REYMEXICANO4L im 15 too and im trying to get a 6 pack over the summer, yeah we can definitely do this, it will be easier because we are younger also, if your skinny and trying to get ripped te best thing we can do is eat a lot of and lift weights intensely 6 times a week, i have seen mad results doing this. Keep in mind as you take in lots of calories, it wont benefit u if ur drinking soda, and eating junk food. Focus on whole grains, LOTS OF WATER. and foods with high protein, low fat and cal
