you are so beautiful! great tips thankyou- Ive lost 12 pounds in 2 months on my current diet:) Im 8 sone 7 now (I was 9 stone 5). My main tip is to eat rice as your staple food (it worked for me) as it has hardly any fat or sugar in it, or next to nothing. Team it with vegetables, fish or white meat and tomatos in juice and its perfect.x

weight smeight! it doesnt matter! the measurements matter, sure, but remember that muscles weigh 20% more that fat, so if you gain weight, thats just ur muscles, you will gain weight if you just work out with sit ups etc. but is you stick to it you will probaly loose weight and get in shape
thats what matters! your shape and confidence. weight doesnt matter as long as you have muscles and not just fat

@SabQuinn : at 14, you need a lot more fat than an average adult, due to normal development going on in a person your age, Try to keep your fat in a healthy level, do not lower it too much, or you run the risk of having bad PMS and a delay of development.
@MsNiaPoo : that can’t be done. 2 months is a lot more realistic goal. You should have asked for help 3 months back!!

@GxUxLxI : for some reason?? you gained some muscle mass and maybe your body is holding onto water weight, due to it being used when you work out. 15 pounds?? it can be done..but i think 3 months is the best thing for you,.

You did it the healthy way and that is awesome. GOod job girl, you did sooooo great. I’m currently trying to lose weight and I am doing pretty good so far, and I’m also doing it the healthy way. It just seems like more of a permanent solution, and it really is. I’ve been making vlogs every week on my weight loss so check it out. It’s always great to get those motivational comments and messages. Youtube is a great weigh loss community.

you looked pretty when you was overweight, but i know i am in the same boat losing weight and it makes us feel bad being heavy, and it is not healthy to carry the extra weight congrats on you loss a diet is for life for those of us overweight cause it is so easy to put it back on that is what happen to me! do u think just eating fruits and veggies for a month…and exercising will help u lose weight i am so depressed im 5 1 196 its so embrassing i am at my breaking point i wanna lose weight but i dont wanna die tryin to but i dont want to die by bein obese
