    i had the same problem and i tried a different workout (fot chest) and in a short time mine left was even big and full as mine right.

    so don’t worry

    when i do press ups (and i do it the correct way too), for some reason, i feel no work on my chest at all, its my arm that feels more worn out (triceps & shoulders)!!!
    can anyone tell me whats happening :-S
    i do about 40 everyday, but honestly, my chest feels fine (im not trying to show off), i just want to exercise my chest properly

    push up is the basic chest,abs shoulders workout depending on the way you do it….but if look closely at your chest wen finish you should see a difference trust me…

    @pokemon9505 Most likely your arms are weaker than your chest, causing your arms to give out before feeling it in your chest, keep doing them and your arms will eventually catch up to your chest
