What brand of resistance band do you use and is it available in Australia? I’ve got a purple resistance band but I’m doing arm curls a hell of a lot easier than you look to be and there is NO WAY i should be!

what if the resistant band brakes . does it brake some 1 plss tell me
@BrandonCarterTV locking out CAN put unwanted stress on joints, for example locking out on a leg press will destroy your knees over time. But if you dont fully extend the bicep on a curl this can result in a shorter bicep growth, for what it is the extension isnt that taxing on your system when bi’s are concerned
@deansavking Arnold says to FULL RANGE OF MOTION in Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding. if your in better shape that both of us i well stop doing it today. you dont look your legs on leg press because there are hundreds of pounds on TOP of you.

thanks man for this video it really has helped me and yes i do believe that you have to full extend your arms to get a full range of motion it has seem to help me get stronger than leaving a slight curve at the end of each rep.
