peanut butter is actually healthy for u with the protein it fills u up but the thing is its only healthy if u have 1-2 spoons a day and like only 4 or 5 days a week u eat more and the fat will add up quick with the cals thats why i cant buy peanut butter all the time cause once i have that first peanut butter jelly sandwhich i need atleast 2 more lol its too good

    Hi!

I really enjoyed this video but I do think that this is one of the reasons that a lot of Americans are obese. The myth that peanut butter is good for Americans and ‘high in protein’, it’s not. It only has 20 grams of protein per 100g (which is 660 calories!!) . It’s really fat and fat has 9 calories per gram. On top of that you add a banana (pure carbs), honey (pure carbs), and milk (protein/carbs).

Your shake pretty high in fat, high in carbs (lots of sugar), and medium / low in protein. For people who want to lose weight this is not the best shake you can drink, but for people who want to get fat, or bulk up on muscle it’s pretty decent.

So when im bulking ill try this out once :)
