   Thanks for the video!!!! I made this dish last nt for dinner & the family LOVED IT. I’ve been telling all my friends about it. I have always thought of Tilapia as a dry fish lacking much flavor, but this recipe added much flavor to the fish…nxt time I’ll try adding wine to the recipe as suggested below….Thanks Again!

    I worked at a tilapia fish farm. In these long concrete “ponds” you first raise striped bass, after you harvest the stripers which by the way have left tons of fish shit in the water, you put tilapia in that same shit infested water, and guess what the tilapia eat? lol…….if people only knew these kinda things they wouldnt eat anything.
