Ms. Marquette is seriously misinformed about Macrobiotics. It is a set of principles that is applied to diet. It is not about eating “Seafood” for protein or a “cross between Buddhism and vegetarianism. As a commentator she is irresponsible in her reportage. Minus 4 Stars for this! – Verne Varona, Author: “Macrobiotics for Dummies” (Wiley Pub.) and “Nature’s Cancer-Fighting Foods” (Penguin).
