Thank you so much for this! I’m trying to find healthy yet sweet desserts and snacks for me and the kids so we can get off of the sugar foods (chocolate etc)

Hey Chica! Good to hear from your blogging self again, always a pleasure! So, I have agave nectar, stevia, yacon powder and every other whole food sweetener possible sweetener. Mashed dates or yacon are my fave healthy sweeteners for recipes. Agave nectar goes in my raw hot cocao. Can't find a stevia sweetener that doesn't leave a nasty aftertaste, so not using that at all. Still love honey in my tea and sometimes in my green smoothies. Apparently yacon syrup and agave syrup are not as good for you as honey b/c they are highly processed and raw honey is a whole food, although not vegan. I get mine from a local bee keeper. Long live bees!

Well in the powerlifting world, considered just a baby. Plus when I was 20 I have nearly reach 380lbs on a bench. guessing you care about your appearance because still young, but building muscle plus your age more then anything makes you lean…If you wanna stay lean eat healthy and stay away from white carbs..the non-complex carb then you should be good. sure you already kno, dont do too much cardio…will destroy your lifting performance
