There is nothing healthy about eating chicken out of a can! seriously

  2. rinehartproductions says:

I always use fresh chicken. But everybody is different. Plus the broth I boil with rice. Lots of food here. Great video. Very lovely lady.

  3. CoachU2Health says:

Where do you find frozen avocado halves?

  4. CharmaineInMa says:

Are you kidding, canned chicken? Gross. Healthy my arse.

  5. MissBrodieMac says:

guys give her a break about the canned chicken, there are many healthy canned varieties out there, canned chicken, tuna, salmon etc.. she maybe using one of those if not who cares, you use what you want, shes just showing you a fast and easy way of making this dish :)

  6. AnotherCompartment says:

no, canned chicken is not healthy. and neither is miracle whip as stated in a separate video. these girls don’t have a clue.

  7. StrayIight says:

Greek yogurt is primarily known for lots of protein and no fat.

  8. StrayIight says:

Another day, another video that I laugh at and dislike due to it’s misleading information, and the power of marketing…..

    Fuck these people…….

  9. Addicted2Mac1077 says:

any that has been frozen IS NOT healthy whasoever.
all the nutrients are gone! your not basically eating plastic.

  10. SweetD40oz says:

  11. kuru2k9 says:

@diethealth how many calories is it?

  12. kuru2k9 says:

As for the Big-Mac thing, you are not missing much. Picture a regular burger, but with sweetened mayo, a sweetened pickle and LOTS of fat/calories.

I should know becuase I used to eat fast-food burgers like crazy. Now, I sometimes (or once in a blue moon) have a reguar burger from my uncle’s BBQ :) .

  13. YukiTheMuffin says:

i’m sorry ,but i dont think that is so healthy…..

  14. YukiTheMuffin says:

I’m sorry , but dont think that is very healthy……

  15. YukiTheMuffin says:

I don’t think that is healty

  16. QueLindaLV says:

Salad looks good, but would prefer to use fresh ingredients and not canned for healthy purposes.

  17. oodlesofosz says:

@YukiTheMuffin Yeah tell the fitness instructor that she doesn’t know what she’s talking about because you have all the answers.

  18. hodgrix says:

if this girl eats so healthy, then why is she kind of fat?

  19. Ninedimes says:

@hodgrix Lol! No way, she’s not fat at all!

  20. hodgrix says:

@Ninedimes shes definitely not thin and fit looking. she has a lot of arm and lower stomach fat

  21. SueJungle says:

damn, her voice is annoying. and… that’s not healthy!

  22. Roflmeowh says:

@hodgrix She’s not fat at all. She looks around normal range of weight, which is great! She’s very pretty and her voice is fine. You guys need to grow up. Being able to show bone doesn’t make you healthy.

I think the recipe sounds nice, I don’t really like red onion, so it would defeat the purpose of making it.

Btw guys, if you want to know if something is more “fatter” or “unhealthy”, they make the product say how many calories, carbs, sugar, etc. there for a reason.

  23. TheTrollManFool says:

bitch just show your tits. keep cooking too. and get to baking, ho bitch.

  24. StrongholdNERD says:

    @TheTrollManFool LOL!

  25. Hkmat33 says:

@hodgrix she honestly looks like she might be prego!!

They posted this video of their damaging trader joe's products online at youtube.

i am embarrassed that t joes did not stop them or even do anything, when these people were not just state an opinion but sabotaged Trader Joe's property. what in the world? Although if they'd called the police like they promised in the beginning, they may have just brought more attention to the group's efforts.

Here is a really excellent dish, and it's GREAT for summer… you can make a big batch of it and it lasts for days. And trust me – you WILL want it days later (if there's any left, that is!).

If I were vegetarian, I would definitely consider making it with tofu.

Not sure if this is the best place to share this recipe w/ you…

    :)

    Happy summer! xo

Being that we live in Corpus and we are always at the beach; I have figured out that chicken salad sandwiches are the best for beach eats…that and a bag of chips (seasoned so you don't have to take dip) and some small juice containers. And there you have it. Easy peasy…yummy and cool!!!

(keeping chicken salad sandwiches in the cooler is easiest…I normally make a whole loafs worth and when they're made, simple use the sandwich bag that it came in for easy access…)

My girl friend has the book and is following the diet. This diet is not Kevin diet. It is a diet that was created years ago by a researcher in Europe that set up a practice in Rome, Italy and treated over 100,000 people. The diet is not called a diet, it is called a cure, because it takes the weight off by reducing a "stored fat" that once it is gone, it come back like other diets that simply reduce the fat around organs and bones. These diets created by Jenny Craig, Nutrisystems, weight watchers, etc. all highly recommend and use products that contain Soy, food additives, etc. These diets then restrict your calories and you do lose weight, but gain it right back and you develop a dependence on the diets because of the additives. They are in the business of weight loss, not a cure for obesity. This is why people keep using these techniques over and over again.

The FDA ban the hormone used in diet for a few years until they just justify the ban because they simply could not find any side effects from use. The other thing is they claimed the diet work. Their clinical trials used hormone that was not fresh and pure and the people did not follow the diet as it was designed. This created bad results and their stand now is that the diet is not banned, but that it does not work. O.K., fair enough, they believe it. amazing what the FDA does believe. They the manufacturers, not the consumer. Just follow the money and you will see why. Additionally, look who is heading up the organization, an ex-Monsanto executive. Go to: http://www.futureoffood.com Get the DVD for about $20 and you will see one of the best documentaries about our food supply ever seen.

Trudeau, himself, is not a credible guy, but kill the message because of him. Much of what he says is true and all you have to do is look at the statistics to understand so. 75% of all Americans are dying of disease, 30% are OBESE, 70% are overweight, and we now rank 24th in longevity among other nations in the world. 23 countries have people living longer than Americans. Just look at the 1 billion dollars Jerry Lewis campaign raised for MS. Is their a cure? NO. Just think what 1 billion dollars could do if spent on perfecting organic farming, getting rid of all the insecticides, pesticides, hormone laced foods in America. The new prediction now is that 42% of all Americans will be OBESE by 2014. The same people that told you Margarine and flu shots are good for you are telling you to eat Canola and Soybean oils and that Genetically engineered foods are good for you. Money talk, it screams!

By the way, my girl friend that is on the Trudeau diet, is losing 1 pound per day just as the book claims she would. She has lost 20 pounds and is about to go off the "cure" in a few days as the book suggests and then will return to it in 45 days, as the book suggests. She is following it to the letter and it is working.

    good luck to you
