uuuhm…yogurt with cereals and a fruit? oatmeal and a glass of juice? fried bread with honey,one cup of tea and a banana?

Nice ideas. Unfortunately I am broke and cannot afford lavish ideas. So I either eat a granola bar with at least 3 grams of fiber , or a bowl of cereal that has 3 grams of fiber or more and less than 12 grams of sugar ( Life , Kashi , or Raisin Bran ).

Scramble eggs with boiled sausages, plain yogurt with half an apple
egg & bacon
chocolate covered bacon with a side of glazed sugar cookies and a whopping glass of beer…..that’s about as healthy as it can get lol
these are some of the most DISGUSTING combos i’ve ever seen
1.poached eggs w/buttered toast,-2.jambajuice chunky strwbry, –3.oatmeal w/walnuts brwn sugar & any fruit,–4.pumpkin pancakes w/pecans & cranberries- 5.meal replacement canned drink, for diabetics.6.banana+raw egg+milk+vannila flavoring blended for a smoothie,7.over med egg w/cheese bacon touch of jelly sandwich

thanks for the video its a good 1.i like to add that i eat 3/4 of a cup a mixture of oatbran,wheatbra,and wheat germ mixed with olive oil and walnuts.after that i blend a banana,apple,few chunks of pineapples,orange juice all togather.its a perfect healthy diet .

@growchronic When the sun light has to pass though lots of pollution, dust, or water particles pink light can get scattered along with the blue making the sky look red or pink. So yeah, its true.
