    Hm…probably the experts on fingertip strength would be rock climbers. I would probably google “rock climber finger exercises” or something like that. You might try “arm wrestling finger exercises” as well, I know there is one arm wrestlers use where they hold the handle of a sledge hammer between the fingertips of both hands and then walk their fingers up the handle like a spider.

    are there any exercises that can increase my speed for triggering a paintball gun

    If you wanted to build a really strong grip say for any grappling/submission/wrestling you would need more resistance added progressively. How could you add more resistance to that workout?

    Many grapplers currently use Handmaster Plus. We regularly test elite athlete & rarely are they addressing finger extensor muscles (9). Handmaster Plus immediately increases grip strength/stamina by addressing these finger stabilizers. Most fatigue by the medium within a minute until they train. Then they move to firm. Handmaster Plus does not negate any other grip trainer of choice, just adds finger extension which is vital for strength, performance & reduces injury.

    So you’re telling people that squeezing a tennis balls is wrong, and then you’re selling them a fancy tennis ball to squeeze.

    Right on man.

  7. oxygenownz says:

    Get a harder ball? :D
    Just get another wrist strengthening spring or something

  8. Gratch2222 says:

    Tennis ball will give you arthritis. Its has no range of movement and is very unforgiving on your hand joints.

  9. Gratch2222 says:

    You don’t add more resistance to strengthen your hands you do more repetitions. More repetitions = better muscles and more endurance.

    Masturbation gives you bigger forearms!!!!

    anyone got advice for playing guitair am good but sometimes it’s diffcult for holding a long time

  13. doczac says:

    @darkblazerules :
    Exactly why Handmaster Plus was developed…most fatigue in guitar players is from the ‘stabilizer’ muscles, the finger extensors and the wrist extensors. Very few people train these muscles properly which results in overload on flexor muscles.

    hand grippers with the spring and an extensor band would work way better to “maximize” your hand strength then this….

  17. doczac says:

    @murphy0847:
    So you believe exercise should happen in 1 plane? This is what a spring loaded grippers does. How do you propse to exercise the extensor muscles through full ROM with an elastic band? This is vital to hand and wrist health. Can’t wait to see your reply.
    Best,
    doczac

  18. murphy0847 says:

    @doczac i have an extensor band that works great and you can work fingers individually as well…don’t act cool just cuz you combined 2 products and made it into 1…i like your product a lot and even look forward to getting one for preventing injury but i’m only reffering to maximum strength, this can’t top heavy duty grippers

    @murphy0847
    Thanks for your reply… have seen so many athletes/musicians use spring loaded and coiled grip products alone develop shortened flexor muscles & static finger extensor muscles…then hand, wrist, elbow imbalance…can be very debilitating. They feel strong for a long time, then boom…imbalance is too much…and real problems. I agree coiled grip can be used with Handmaster Plus, but alone is bad news..talk soon, doczac

    iv seen that our special ops use a martial arts that has a strike where their fingers are straight out like a spear

    and they are able to break boards and hit each other without hurting themselves
    how the hell do they do it? (i know the boards wouldnt be too hard)

    hey what are the benefits of this exersize? will they help me get harder punches?? and throwing a ball farther in distance?

  23. 123weareit456 says:

    Hey Doc, I race cross country atv races and my forearms are on fire after just a few miles of hard riding. This makes my hands weak and lose the grip on the handlebars thus not allowing me to push as hard as i need to for the 2hr races. Do you feel that your device will help me with this problem? If so, how long should i expect it to take to see an improvement.

  24. ChaserHUN says:

    Handmaster Plus is good, I have the strongest, but there should be an even stronger version.

  25. doczac says:

    @ChaserHUN:
    We’re considering it!
