Great Workouts for Abs that are Phenomenal!

Abs are attractive to have. I know it and you know it too. A great number of people now-a-days are striking their keyboards relentlessly attempting to find some great workouts for abs, but are they having any luck?

Abs are something everybody wants, but they’re having difficulty obtaining them. Lets examine some great ab workouts to get you looking phenomenal .

The first ab exercise we’ll be examining is…

Basic Crunch Using Exercise Ball

When using the exercise ball, also known as a Swiss ball, you’ll be pretty amazed at how much tougher it is working with it as a substitute of performing regular crunches on the floor.

The steps to do this exercise are;

1. Hold you hand up behind your head to support your neck and head. Keep in mind not to interlace your fingers , but instead place them on top of each other behind your head.

2. Inhale and use your abs to pull forward slowly so your head raises and your abs completely tighten .

3. Hold that position for a couple seconds, and be mindful that it should take a total of five seconds for you to raise up on the ball and lower back down. Also, exhale when you lower down.

This is definitely a great workouts for abs that tones the mid-section.

Another workout we’ll go over is…

The Lying Ball Twist

This a great workout that also uses the exercise ball to tone the abs. The steps to do this exercise are:

1. Sit on the floor and place the exercise ball in between your lower legs. Keep your knees bent and lay down on your back with your arms extended out to your sides. Have your palms down.

2. Squeeze the ball and lift your legs up off of the floor, and make certain you keep you knees bent at a 90 degree angle.

3. Lower down your knees on one side to rest on the floor. Make sure that your shoulders maintain contact with the mat.

4. Use your ab muscles to inhale and then bring your legs back up to the center. Pause for a second and then exhale as you lower your legs down to the opposite side.

5. Repeat this movement for a total of 8 to 12 reps.

This is a great workouts for abs to tighten and tone your abdominals. Abs are phenomenal parts of the body that should look good on all of us.
