How long do you think this will take for me? i weigh about 145 pnds, and im wanting a flat stomach, but how long do you think it will take for it to take effect?

  2. SBVmuskees says:

I don’t want to build muscle on my sides I really just want to get a thin waist because i do not want a square looking midsection. Does this excersize really try to achieve a bit of an hourglass shape?

  3. YouTips4U says:

    Hi, yes it does!

  4. 333ld0 says:

This work out looks create but does it get me a better figure or just build up muscle underneath everything elsee or the exess fat around my waist

  5. YouTips4U says:

Hi, this exercise will definitely give you a better figure. You will build muscles which you may not be able to see if you have excess fat covering your muscles. If you do, you should also do cardio exercise to burn fat and calories and help raise your metabolism.

  6. Milleniumlance says:

*note for women* you cantnot develop LARGE bulky muscle because your body produces large amounts of estrogen and very little testosterone, “female body builders use *other means* to get that large”

Hi! I Love love your videos :)
I always have had a problem with my waist area cause even if I lose weight (actually im in a perfect weight) I never lose the fat around my waist despite that my tummy do not looks too fatty at all my skin is very firm also my legs people think I train a lot but I really dont .. is just I do not have curves :( do you think exercising everyday would really help me to achieve a better waist ? I have been thinking about getting a surgery

  9. YouTips4U says:

Hi, exercise will definitely help you add curves to your body by helping you achieve a smaller waist and flatter tummy. You don’t need to train your abs everyday. 3-4 times a week is sufficient. Spend at least 10-15 minutes on your abs when you work them. This will ensure that you have worked your muscles amply.

  13. YouTips4U says:

Sure, give it a try as long as it is comfortable to hold and doesn’t disrupt your form:o)

Hi, it’s hard for me to answer your question without a bit more detail like how long do you do cardio and how many days a week. Also how is your diet?

I have a prosthetic leg and its hard for me to stand in that position, can this be done using a chair or weight bench?, i need to do something about my gut lol.

  20. YouTips4U says:

Hi, you can try modifying this workout to suit you. You will still get results. Try to do them without bending your legs to the squatting position, but assume a straighter leg position without locked knees. Hopefully you are able to keep a slight little bend in your knee. Then do the exercise from side to side, but do not go down past your knee. Go only as far down as is comfortable; probably as far as your mid-upper thigh. Maintain an encaged core while doing them and slightily tuck in your but

  21. YouTips4U says:

Hopefully that will work for you. Feel free to modify any of my exercises to suit your abilities. You can still get great results and work your muscles; you just need to get a bit creative. I’m sure you do that with many things already. Good luck and let me know how it works for you. If you feel any pull in your lower back, please discontinue. You always want to protect that area and with the prosthetic, I don’t know if that affect your lower back with certain exercises. I will defer to you.

@YouTips4U Thanx for the fed-ex response, you know what i can do and ive been doing all this month is i do deadlifts with 30 lb weights in each hand, i touch the floor and bring the weights up over my head for 10 reps and 6 sets, will that reduce my gut?, im getting pretty good at it, except i loose my balance every now and then.
