Getting Flatter Abs: Things to Avoid

Doing This Can Make Losing Belly Fat Virtually Impossible!

How does a fantastic toned abdomen with no jiggly abdominal fat seem to you?

Do you envision yourself finally feeling healthy, self-assured, and pleased with the way you look no matter what you’re wearing?

Well all of that can definitely occur! But not if you try to lose that belly fat with these methods!

Fad Diets. Pretty much all these do is deprive your body the food and nutrients it needs to operate effectively. Because your body is not getting balanced amounts and types of food from the dieting, it goes into “starvation mode”.

In “starvation mode”, your system begins to use its own muscle for energy rather than using fat, as a nourished body might. If you choose to get off the diet (because you start to feel deprived and miserable) you will revert back to your old eating routine and gain all the pounds back.

You gain the weight back because you have less muscle to burn up the calories from all the foods you’re now consuming. And since you’ve been starving for all this time, you may potentially pile on the processed foods for old time’s sake. (Comfort food is SUCH the deceitful enemy!)

Do you see how just that alone might make dropping belly fat practically IMPOSSIBLE?!

Not Building Muscle. As you’ve read, sacrificing muscle can cause extra weight but losing muscle is the same as not building any whatsoever.

Having tiny amounts of lean muscle mass for any physique leads to ineffective utilization of calories. Essentially, the food you eat gets kept as fat since there is no lean muscle to fuel.

Lack of muscle also slows down your “Resting Metabolic Rate” (RMR). Your RMR is the daily quantity of calories required to maintain your body weight. The more lean muscle mass you’ve got, the higher your RMR is going to be and the more you can “eat what you want without gaining a pound”. Well, you can’t actually eat “whatever” you desire and expect to keep your shape, but 1 day of cheating won’t hurt so badly.

So by having a high RMR, you can eat more to give energy to your muscles. And by undertaking that, your hungry muscles will “eat” more of your stored body fat, even while you sleep! How ’bout that? This may decrease your body fat percentage and showcase your hot muscles!

So not having muscles to nourish can be just as disastrous to your fat reduction program as going on a fad diet.

If you wish to still have belly fat and the frustration of faltering diets, go right along with these 2 actions. But my instinctive speculation is that you don’t… that’s why you’re here!

Im way late with doing this but with me going back and watching old vlogs im still going to answer the question. I think that if i could rank the channels by which they are most important to me it would be
    1. the PDS
    2. LTA
    3. the Vloggity
I enjoy the PDS the most because it is truely where i get all of my news from and then LTA i enjoy that because i love video games and getting kind of a sneak peek at them. The vloggity is fun but thats the reason its last is because its just fun

They told me that and I knew anyway because the smallest amount of alcohol, say 15ml which is three teaspoons is enough to set off an agonising 8 hour flair up.As well as the pain I suffer with sickness/nausea,bowel cramps, diarrhea I can never plan to do anything or go anywhere as I never know what that day will be like.I have to wait for days that so bad to come around and attempt things then. Also my diet is very limited, things hard to digest like meat cause me days of agony
