@ajosafi1 LOL ?? One don’t need a gym to get fit. Running is one way and I like to do a lot of pushups so I can do them several times a day at home where I work.
Not just old ladies but those exercises are very quick and might be high impact. Sure most can do them w/o injury but if you look at most exercise sites they are a a lot more likely to show low-impact. Take care.

hey um if i do this once/twice a day and dont eat ANY flour based products (rice, bread, pastries) and unnatural sugar (not in fruits or vegetables) will lose weight quickly? I’m 5’9″ and weigh 170 lbs… half muscle half fat
How many times should I do this a day? About an hour or so? Or until I’m about to faint? Lol
@Username2good… Simple answer… Many of us wants to see results overnight… and we don’t want to face tha fact that we are lazy asses who preffer sitting down eating junk food and watch a movie for hours and hours.. instead of go to a gym, or for a walk or to play a game and keep maybe not toned and muscled up but at least in a considerable weight and healthy. these look like good exercises I’ll try’em… I usuallly do cardio 45 mins to an hour everyday trying to lose my belly fat!
