    @tnc7 – Totally agree with you. Taking on new habits and applying them consistently can be a real challenge for many people. As humans, we’re naturally ‘creatures of habit’ and it can seem like a real effort to change. Ultimately, it’s all about 1) Getting clear on WHY we want to change (so we have the emotional ‘juice’ and motivation), 2) Identifying the best tools to get us there, 3) Removing the conflicts that get in the way, and 4) Not trying to do too much at once. Take one step at a time.

    i found a good routine that worked for me -
    when i wake up i eat usually medium sized meal like eggs, bacon or ham, 6 peices of wheat toast, then get ready for work. Then i snack on some peanuts, or fruit on the way. Then eat a couple meals on my breaks at work. Then workout later, take my supplements (creatine, protein, and vitamins) Then right before bed take a heavy gainer shake. Ive gained probably 30-40 pounds over this winter.

    i do all that i eat like horse I do compound exercises I change every 4 weeks i’ve been taking whey protein for 2 weeks and still nothing changed!
    Is there anybody here that can help me? I eat oatmeal I eat brown rice whole wheat pasta steamed chicken, brocoli, cottage cheese, skimmed, milk, nuts, fish oil whey protein bananas apples, tuna which I hate, steak spinach is there something I’m missing?

    Interesting aspect about the intestinal contents. Hadn't thought of that. That could also explain the decrease in waist size.

    You're not anticipating any loss in muscle mass. Does your med keto diet increase protein content which would then go on to synthesize glucose to spare muscle mass? That should be the case in Atkins where they're devouring steak and eggs but I wasn't sure about your diet which probably factors in an increase in veggies.

    Regarding your regular med diet, the patients that lose weight, are their total calories being restricted? I guess I'm curious is the weight loss strictly due to caloric restriction or something unique.

    my advice trial and error. Listen to YOURSELF/ your FOLLOW YOUR BODY.
    1. learn to lift (possibly hire someone – who just a personal trainer)
    2. follow a REAL program that REAL people have done before. google it.
    3. cook food in bulk to help u eat more – watch all my videos to know what I mean
    4. keep positive bro!!! everything comes in time but its what you do TODAY that really really really matters
