Can you tell me why I’m not suppose to go higher than my shoulders? It makes me want to do it just because you told me not to.
Well in my book it’s not illigal to bring the dumbbells up higher than parallel to the floor. But if you do, it will target the upper traps more (your neck) and take some of the lode away from the middle delts.
