I cant believe I am saying this, but this has been working for me. I have been listening to this once a month for 5 months and have lost 45lbs. This has made me conscience of what I eat and why. Something clicked, and I couldnt be more excited. I use headphones while listening. I think thats key!!
p.s Im 30 and have been over weight most my life.
@brasswons I’m glad to hear that you’ve had great success using our weight loss hypnosis session. Spread the word!

@1NEVBEAR1 Yes most people remember what is being said during a hypnosis session.
@JakeORhodes Good
WOW! I was OUT during this session. Most hypnosis sessions just make me super relaxed, but this session put me in such a deep state of relaxation that it was completely engaging my subconscious. I don’t remember anything!

@brasswons Thts AWESOME!! i am 14 and just need to lose 5 pounds. is this ok for me? i dont want to axi dently kill myself! ya know ;]
@JakeORhodes is it OK for a 14 year old who want to lose 5-7 pounds?
@Myhello961 Hello. Hypnosis is a perfectly safe way to lose weight as it helps you to improve your eating and exercise habits. However the results aren’t instant, hypnotic weight loss tends to be slow and stead which is the healthiest way to lose weight. Also at 14 your body is probably still growing and taking shape so do take that into consideration before trying to lose weight.
Absolutely perfect! Extremely relaxing, thank you so much!
wow- this works so well.
I’ve only started, so there aren’t any incredible signs, but i definitely feel a lot better.
Thank you so much for posting this.
it is very relaxing i really like it
Yes Yes Yes!!!!!! I've been doing weight loss hypnosis and part of that is slowing down my eating. I have been making a practice of taking small bites and chewing my food slowly and also taking long periods of time when I'm eating, trying to taste my food and notice what it feels like in my mouth, notice the texture, taste, the feeling of it digesting in my body. I try to stretch my meals for as long as I can and it's really been making quite a difference in how I look at food and how I feel around food and the ritual of eating. I used to be more afraid of food. And now I feel less anxious around food, because I have changed my relationship to it. Or at least I'm in the process of doing that.

Hi, Jon, I'm a hypnotherapist myself and yes, it is possible for hypnosis to help with weight reduction, though (like every other treatment) it doesn't work for everyone. I have a colleague who is overweight herself but has helped other people to lose weight successfully.
Probably the idea behind the informercial, if it is legit, is that by changing your attitude to food you can naturally lose weight. A lot of people are using food, not for nutrition and energy, but to manage their moods and stress, for example; if you can change that then they will naturally eat only what they need to eat, and will drop weight.
A lot of advertised hypnosis for weight loss programs are overpriced and underperforming, though (like a lot of other weight loss programs, including some diets and drugs). Look into it like any other purchase, check the background, training and association memberships of the people who run it, and if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
