      Well, a curves study performed measuring the body fat % lost over 14 weeks showed those on the curves workout (no diet) only lost .7% body fat on average (and the error range was +/- 1.4%) so the fat lost was statistically insignificant.

      Strength training on its own is not particularly effective as a weight loss tool so its not really that suprising.

      HI, I have pelvic floordisplasia it’s so bad that I have to use enemas every day to use the batrom, I bleed rectally and have chronic pain I am on multiple laxatives and fibers..I also have IBS and hemorroids but there is a surgery for it this year has been hell I had this problem since my last c- section 4 years ago.

      alright, you could have very strong abs, but if you dont improve yuor diet, yuor 6 pack will never show. I used to hardcore swimm for hours every day, and I didnt have a six pack, until I eating healthier, also, you will always have a layer of skin, when you look at people with six packs, when they sit down, you can see the layers of their skin fold down, and thats fine. just do a few extra exercises to work on abs, such as pilates exercises. weight loss is not the issue, just reducing the extra flab, with stomach flatening foods might work too, (almonds, peanut butter, ect.) and your stomach will eventually even out once you have the six pack. you will notice when you are getting a six pack, the of your stomach will get bigger, and make you look pregnantishh haha, and then it will flatten out.(:
