    HOLY FUCK….nothing has hurt me this much since lkie EVER…woowww this hurts my legs and arms i could only do like a third of this workout. im 5 5 and weigh like 127pounds….and fuck this hurts ha :)

    Ok, first off, you turn fat into muscle, but you can lose fat and build muscle at the same time. You need to make yourself a workout schedule. You should be doing each of the following for a set day of the week to have a good core workout: 1. Chest 2. Legs 3. Arms/Shoulders; and 4. Back
    You can also do a Ab workout every second day to get great abs :)
    This all has to do with conditioning, so you need a schedule that must be followed to get the best results. You will also need a bit of a cardio workout at least once a week for 30 minutes. You could go to a gym for best results but at home is fine too.
    Now as far as weight goes, there wont be too much of a difference at first because you are losing weight, but you are also adding muscles…
    One other thing to think about is eating healthy, you should be having a little more protien while working out, and keep a good number of carbs up too. Also, forget to eat after working out, because your body will need energy, and if it get it, it will just take it away from your muscle.
