    @sweetrabiya you should look sth on the ceiling while doing it not your knees (like she does). thats better for neck and stomach. the pain is normal – it means your muscles are gettin stronger ;)

    @relu13babe That’s unhealthy. I can mess up your digestive system, your heart, your teeth. It’s HORRIBLE to do. Don’t try that. A good way to keep in shape is cardio. Try jogging or running & jumping rope.
