how often should i do these arm exercises?
Is there another arm routine that doesn’t involve any dumbbells? This is awesome, but I don’t really want to go out and buy some dumb bells.

I love introducing women to the bicep dumbbell curls and other arm exercises. I never cease to be amazed at how many women ask me about arms, before abs, legs or butt.
I get a kick out of it.
So if I were to do this everyday including some running, will I eventually lose my arm fat? and for how long until I start to see changes? =D
Great workout. I agree that most people unnecessarily fear gaining too much muscle, not realizing what is involved. However, women do naturally have a small amount of testosterone.
