Hey, try telling people to lose less than 3lbs a week, well those who are trying to build muscle. If you lose too mught weight in fast amount of time you’ll lose muscle tissue also
Can you tell me why someone would need to change their workout in order to burn fat?
That is a huge misconception. People’s workouts should stay exactly the same as before such as if they were trying to get stronger or bigger — only difference is they need to scale overall volume back a bit.
Otherwise, people should still be lifting heavy as ever and shooting for PR’s while hitting all the muscle groups. Doing kickback’s and unnecessary box steps ups aren’t going to help at all.
