I think I saw a few at Wal-mart. Any athletic store should have them. I’ve done this exercise before. I did them a little different without using the hand to help get up. Good workout.

@ThePimpGeek You lose weight by consuming less calories than you burn. Exercise helps you burn calories, but isn’t the main way to lose weight. You have to eat less than you burn. Eating healthy is the best way to do this.
Maybe the first thing in an RKC course that they will teach you “LOCK YOUR ELBOW JOINT”.. just an advise..

You havent stated your weight and height so cant say whether you need to loose or not. Use this formula: your weight in kilograms, divided by the square of your height in meters. Answer should be between 19 and 25.
Always have a good breakfast, never miss it. In the afternoons, eat lighter than usual. Cut down on bread, sugar, softdrinks. Cut down. Dont stop. Softdrinks u can stop though. At night, eat at least 2 hours before getting into bed. The magic in maintaing a healthy weight is: dont eat between meals. Esp junk, as in candies chips drinks etc.
Sleep for 6 to 8 hours. Sleep early, wake up early. Its Certain hormones in your body are released at different times during a 24 hour cycle. A ONE-hour nap wont in the afternoon.
Now as of the weak leg and arm, arm and leg cycling are great exercises for cerebral palsy. Of general exercises, the best out there is swimming. It will sweat every muscle in your body. Other options for you include climbing stairs, jogging or simply brisk-walk.
Abs: not an but my personel fav are alternate heal touchers, butt-ups and crunches. Just google for technique.
Water? One glass every hour should be enough. No need for protein shakes. Eating one pound of boiled chicken divided in meals, combined with cardio should do it. Plenty of veges too. Salads are a great option. You can add fruits such as apple and orange. Always carry a juice box with you whnever exercising, your blood sugar levels can go down in evenings when you are cutting back on lunch and exercising at the same time.
