@poetias Hi ! Are you a girl??? well, let me tell you I started right away cuz I told to my girlfriend that I would be able to lose weight in less than 3 months, and guess what??? IT DOES WORK!!!!!!! I used to weight 220lbs. now I am 200lbs. in about one month, it depends in your body but also in your discipline… REMEMBER THAT LOSING WEIGHT TAKES TIME, YOU HAVE TO BE DISCIPLINED.

@ryan93280 this is what i do just eat 3 squares a day just walk and do 15-20 push ups a day and crunches and go for a run , i’m starting today i droped from 175 to 173 in a weekend i need to drop to 165
