impossible… to lose 30 pounds in one week would need plastic surgery.
if u are patient u can lose them quicker.
i lost 115 pounds in 9-10 months with my own work out i made.
went from a size 40 to a size 30.

I have found that in two separate periods in my life, I was able to lose 5lbs a week and in total about 100lbs by doing a similar exercise routine to what’s in this video, plus following some rules:
1. Always eat breakfast
2. Always eat at least 5 fruit & veg a day
3. Cut down on red meat & potatoes
4. Do not eat chocolate, ice cream, crisps, cakes or biscuits
5. Do not eat after 6pm (I go to sleep around midnight)
Some of you will say it isn’t worth following these, but it get results!

LOL, looks a little sloppy in this vid, but this guy def. gives good legitimate advice for losing weight and developing muscle in a healthy manner. It’s important to realize that true change starts with the person themselves and that most of these “lose weight fast and easy” programs are complete BS! In fact, the only program I’ve ever come across that produced real results was this: bit(dot)ly/lose_the_fat

@juliaestaty96 i have a bowl of a healthy cereal (no sugar cereals!) and then a banana to give me some energy for my exercise routine. i would say if you must eat after 6pm make sure it is only fruit or cereal-based, but it is very important not to eat anything within 3 hours of going to sleep, others may disagree but in my case i found it helped with the weight loss. yes it requires a lot of discipline but the feeling of working to lose weight and succeeding is really worth it

just got to say thank you sooo much with all your videos and your website…my goal right now is to lose as much weight in the next month as possible with a proper diet ( which im following your ideal that you have on your website) andyour workouts 5-6 times a week. my goal is to lose 15 lbs in the next month im going to utilize all these great videos that youve made and mix them up once in a while. ive done this workout soo far and it awesome ! i sweat soo much pheeew! i will keep u posted
