I love your videos, but I feel you really should do more homework on some of the ingredients you are using. All vegetable oils are rancid and toxic. A better choice would be coconut oil, or olive oil…

I get most of my veg recipes/tips from “Veg Web”, and theses podcasts on iTunes: Alternative Vegan, Delicious TV Veg, and The Vegan Cooking School – They have SO many good recipes and tips. Just stay away from over-indulging on the vegan/vegetarian junk foods, like the sweets. I had trouble staying from those when I lived with my sister because I was also cooking for a bunch of kids, and they always wanted cakes, cookies, brownies, etc.

She’s FIT and HEALTHY. FFS, part of the problem with this world is this gender-stereotyping. Bodies of the different sexes come in various shapes and sizes. What matters is we try to live HEALTHILY, fighting any health issues we may have.

You know I really enjoy Kale paired with a spicy italian sausage. By itself or in a soup. But now I’m thinking of trying the turkey or chicken sausage as a healthy alternative.

Really love what you do….as a foodie, I know now you don’t have to sacrifice flavor to be healthy. And the exercises are fun too!

The bok choy looks tasty, but the other recipies are ruined with the fattening chik peas, raisins, and nuts.

This looks easy and quick. You can buy canned beans that weren’t cooked in salt, too. They will taste better and be more digestible.

  22. spbroy says:

does it strip all the nutrients by boiling in water and baking..shouldn’t you steam

  23. SarahsFabChannel says:

@spbroy it doesn’t strip all the nutrients, but yes steaming is better.

i know what you mean, i personally feel as though i have a slight eating disorder, my weight and i get really really skinny and then i gain about 15 pounds and lose it, a never ending cycle. i starve myself… then allow myself to eat 3 times a day, and when i do , i feel bad about eating too much, the most i usually eat is 1 meal, or just a few small things and no full meals. i know not healthy, i just have trouble controlling it.
