lesbian.
thanks lol
lol these exercises are great for toning muscle but to build muscle you will have to get yourself to a free weights gym and really push it. No pain no gain!
erm mommy why has that man got boobs
you cant get musles by those exercise
only good at toning
only way to gain muscle is going to gym!
These exercises can build muslce, it is all relative to the individual. once you leave the rep range of 6-10, additional load is required. To get that “toned’ look, we need a decrease in body fat, to show the muscularity. One could cardio and lower calories and technically look ” toned”
Those of you who think that you need a gym and “free weights” to build muscle mass are 100% incorrect! A person simply needs to think outside the box and some of you clearly do not have the ability to do so. I’m not saying these exercise will build massive muscle size, but you absolutely DO NOT need to “go to a gym” and lift dumbbells all day. Think before you make ignorant comments.
hey i need tips for workout but i only have dumbells and my weight to work with
i need tips so far im doing circuits working lower mid and upper unlike other ppl who only work upper and 30min. cardo training where i run and sprint.
At the end my lungs and heart hurts of the cardio training. is that good or bad?
LOL
IM 15. can i do mucle at my age? please reply.
i´m 13 can i build muscle ?please reply
yes u can workout and build muscle even at an early age. Exercise including weight lifting is seen to have positive benefits for all age group. Just make sure to not overdue it and leave plenty of recovery time. And to those who say those exercises are just for “tone”- is how much the muscle is contracted while not being used. Any exercise that pushes ur muscles more than they are usually pushed results in greater muscle mass. Pushups, lunges etc. are great for building mucle but u must push it
I’m 14,and I had a great body, but the stupid things is,I only had one dumbell and that is pretty sucks! So I take a pretty long time to shape myself, anyway thanks for the advice.

Try and see if your school has an all year round strength conditioning program.
Lifting weights is alot better than doing pushups, situps, etc.

not really into working out in large groups, but I mind working out with one or two people. I feel working out with another person or trainer will help me to ensure that I am exercising the right way. It really sucks if you work out and get the result you wanted after because you know what you were doing or just did the wrong exercise or had bad form. So, in essence I prefer working out by myself, but feel working out with someone initially to ensure exercising the right way.
Gay? Aren’t you suppose to be working out as well na?
