These exercises are too easy to build significant muscle, and also to easy to get your heart rate significantly up. Thus they can’t burn much fat. So what kind of “mass” is removed by doing these exercises, and why is it only upper body “mass” that is removed?
This doesn’t look much like science to me. Why not wave a dead chicken, while you’re at it?
