    i was told to do pushups every day. I have been doing them everyday for about 9 months. Should i be doing them everyday, or should i do it every other day?

    Hey man, thanks for the advice…
    I’ve been training kickbox for a long amount of time, and had professional matches till I had a big knee injury that doesn’t give me the strngth or the possibility to run longer than 2 minutes without it jumping out…so I started to do pushups, I got like 40kg from when I stopped with my kickbox trainings because I was in full shape , 95kg, 198 cm tall, and when i stopped i started to eat more etc. now I’m doing pushups and thanks to you I’m regaining my shape.

    my wife is going into the national guard (in DEP now), and this helped improve the number of pushups she could do. She went from 10 to being able to do 40 in a month. She is also using your other videos and finds them to be a great help in getting ready.

    your a tank im training for the army basic right now im 16 and i can only do 29 push ups if i done this 3 times a week how long do you think it would take me to do 60 push ups without stopping or 44 push ups under 2 mins
