That is a great reminder to stock up on vitamins. Codex Alimentarius starts on Dec.31. The culmination of more than 30 years of planning by the organizations of world power to deprive people of adequate nutrition in order to reduce the world’s population with multiple and swift pandemics. Have a nice day people

Hey i dont have any health insurance and haven’t seen a doctor in years, How can I check my own vitamin levels?

  10. InnovativeHealing says:

There are ways you can check it yourself. You can purchase a kit from our office for $95. You can also order your own labs and pay for them through Quest or Lab Corp. You may also want to check out Life Extension for a kit, but you may have to be a member.

i was directed here by youtube because of another video i watched. I was thinking, if she says 10 mg I’ll know she doesn’t know what she’s talking about.

This video was simply wonderful. And, you referenced the stuff I have read also. I was unpleasantly surprised about the African American levels of vitamin D. I concentrate on us, and am worried about our health.

Being disabled & rarely getting out, I figured my vit.D3 levels had to be as low as you can get. After some research, I took 34,000iu a day for 17 days & my fibromyalgia pain was gone. I lowered intake to 8,000iu a day for 19 days & pain returned. I did 40,000iu a day for 10 days & pain was gone in 3 days. It’s been almost 4 months now since I started & am now doing about 10,000iu day & pain free. I’ve had FM for 10 years.

  24. gekiryudojo says:

I came down with an Exacerbation that only lasted for three days I had a cause of steroids, and am fine now Ive had MS 15 years, just before I had the flair-up I’d had a HD25 test, it was 229! but all other levels like Calcium are all fine and so am I, Thanks! my last flair-up was a 10, this one was a 2 (or less) I do not take MS Drugs and never did!

    Thanks!
