Zuzana, you may want to do a youtube search for “knife skills” to learn how to chop veggies more consistently and safely.
Food processor is fantastic for cutting down on the tearsprep time. However, PLEASE get a better knife, a good knife in the kitchen is worth every euro, if you think you’re spending too much on it, then its worth it.

for cutting onions use a food processor and get a gas mask (i heard those are stylish in all professional kitchens around the world ^_^). Also if you want the cut your fingers a knife works real well especially along the joints j/k. As for the cheese, that particular cheese is hard to come by in california. I either have to go to SF or Napa/Sonoma area. Oh well, Keep up the Great Vids. 5*s (^_^)
if you put the whole onion in the freezer for 15-20 min before cutting, it will help stop the fumes from hurting your eyes.
