    For a healthy(er) dessert that you will also find in great restaurants, try a poached pear in simple syrup and a little melted dark chocolate. Make sure you use a red pear or a firm pear. After poaching use the syrup to as a sauce by reducing the liquid. Serve pear chilled with drizzled dark chocolate. Check out food network for details. I’m a chef, by the way.

    Another is fresh strawberries with balsamic vinegar. Wash and drain strawberries. Cut off the green stems. Use REAL balsamic vinegar from Modena. It’s naturally sweet instead of acidic. Serve with a dollup of whipped cream. Brown sugar can be used in this recipe but why? The balsamic vinegar is sweet enough. If you whip your cream by hand try using the brown sugar to sweeten the cream and a couple of drops of pure vanillia extract. The cream will take a light ivory color that is interesting.

    when you take in the meat or flesh of another animal you take in the death, and the emotional trauma that the animal suffered into yourself. There is no value in eating meat as we are not meant to eat it, most eat it for taste.meat is a poor source of protein, I would suggest Hemp,Goji,bee pollen among the best sources. Consuming meat is consuming death,destruction, greed,fear, terror,and hate. Eat to live, eat living raw organic fruits and vegetables, and your skin and live will glow!

  22. MrNormalton says:

    Ok I commented before, very gently toast off all spices before using them, don’t put them in raw thats just no good. Also when using asian spices do not use olive oil, it just doesn’t go, use rapeseed oil or hemp oil ( they are better healthwise anyway)

  23. cerealkilla4eva says:

    Meat is not a poor source of protein its actually much better than hemp, rice, or soy proteins.

    That being said, most commercial meat is treated with growth hormones and are raised in a way that may harm your body in the long run, so vegetarianism is a good option.

  24. TheAmericanEmperor says:

    Or eating meat that isn’t treated with growth hormones and raised in the said way?

  25. jessomglol says:

    @cerealkilla4eva

    that is actually not true.

    the information that we’re given on the protein in meat is based on RAW CUTS (check out the fine print at the bottom of a beef commercial). Do you know anyone who eats raw cuts of meat?

  26. Forget War Buy More (RPCV) says:

    No, not. However, you can make your own refried beans which could then be a bit healthier. You can also swap out the cheese for soy cheese.

    Also, when dating I care about the six pack–I care about the guy who enjoys life. And if you like it, enjoy it–just in moderation.
