I think the new eating philosophy you've described in your last paragraph is by far the better choice than dieting anyway. Just eat healthy, only eat until you're full and exercise = the best “diet” plan out there. I think 30 minutes on the treadmill at 2% incline is seriously amazing – aren't you just starting out? You are far too hard on yourself
